Workshopping on a strategy
Developing a communication strategy for the go-to-market with four founder teams from Germany and Denmark was fun and hard work for everyone. Again it feels like I have learnt the most about the challenges, which teams have to deal with to become a sussesful organization.
It will continue being hard in the future. But it is worthwhile and will shorten the way to achieve your company objectives.
I hope the urgent things of your entrepreneural life will less often displace the important (namely communication) things 😉.
